The film

Every September, when the grass runs out, two families bring the horses down from the plateau. I went with a crew of two and a car full of water, and shot for five evenings, only in the last hour of light.

No interviews and no music until the final minute. Just hooves, dust and the sound of men calling the herd.

My part

Directed, shot and edited. Self-funded, crew of two.
